Lead Integrated Logistics Support for AirPro’s CC295 Kingfisher fleet while managing multidisciplinary teams and a hybrid 50/50 work model. Drive readiness through integrated sustainment planning. As ILS Manager, you will lead the FWSAR Program’s ILS function and support the Integrated Support Services lifecycle. The position coordinates Fleet Management, Logistics Support Analysis, Reliability and Maintainability, Technical Publications, and Aircraft Maintenance Program activities. You will integrate processes across IPT environments and Main Operating Bases. Key Responsibilities:
Lead multidisciplinary ILS priorities, resources, performance measures, and development plans Maintain FWSAR Integrated Logistics Support System performance and effectiveness Direct fleet sustainment, aircraft induction, and maintenance planning activities Oversee fleet management, LSA, reliability, obsolescence, and technical publications Monitor readiness, availability, supportability, risks, and continuous improvement Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in engineering, aviation management, logistics, supply chain, or related discipline Minimum eight years in aerospace, defence, aviation, ILS, ISS, or fleet sustainment Minimum five years leading technical teams or multidisciplinary support functions Experience with aircraft sustainment, maintenance planning, fleet, or support system management Strong analytical, organizational, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities Apply your ILS leadership, sustainment expertise, and fleet readiness knowledge to AirPro’s CC295 Kingfisher FWSAR program.
