Your mandate:
- Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Business Development, you drive the organization's commercial growth strategy, sales, brand, marketing, and customer experience.

- Define and evolve Airmedic's positioning, brand, and value proposition, and pilot the rollout of new activities.
- Read the market and competition (segments, pricing, trends, won and lost tenders) to guide management decisions.
- Carry revenue objectives and standardize the sales process.
- Negotiate agreements and grow existing accounts.
- Deploy a visibility and field presence strategy to generate business opportunities in priority markets.
- Define and evolve the customer experience journey and standards, from the first request to post-mission follow-up.
- Supervise the coordination of submissions, response standards, follow-ups, and mission activation so that the approach reflects Airmedic standards.
- Actively participate in the pricing and quote model with finance and management.
- Mobilize, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team.

- A track record demonstrating that you know how to launch an offering, brand, or program.
- Diverse sales experience covering businesses and insurers (B2B), individuals (B2C), and the public sector (B2G): framework agreements, supplier accreditation, calls for tenders.
- A real passion for business development, customer experience, and marketing, and the energy to mobilize a team around a growth vision.
- Transferable experience from a transferable sector would be an asset: travel and health insurance, aviation industry, private health services, international logistics.
- Advanced professional French-English bilingualism, orally and in writing.
