Responsabilités clés :
- Répondre aux demandes techniques des clients A220 via Tech Request
- Coordonner les solutions de maintenance, stationnement, stockage et retour en service
- Soutenir la définition des prix et l’alignement entre plateformes Airbus
- Représenter la maintenance auprès des nouveaux opérateurs
- Soutenir Marketing, Contrats et Ventes au besoin
Exigences :
- Au moins cinq ans d’expérience dans un environnement aérospatial
- Expérience du programme de maintenance et des publications techniques
- Baccalauréat, diplôme, licence AME ou diplôme de premier cycle
- Excellentes compétences de présentation en anglais, oralement et par écrit
- Communication professionnelle orientée vers le service client
