You will work closely with our team at Air Wise, external technology partners, and Modern Niagara's corporate IT teams to deliver practical, reliable solutions that keep our business moving forward. The IT Manager personally resolves issues, manages the Quick Intel relationship, sets local priorities, and makes the calls that keep Air Wise operating, while partnering with Modern Niagara's central Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Network, and Application Architecture teams on anything that touches enterprise architecture, security policy, or multi-site standards.

The role spans the full Air Wise technology environment: core Microsoft 365 and networking, plus Air Wise's specialized engineering and manufacturing application stack (SolidWorks, DriveWorks, AutoCAD, Metal-ix, and the SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional vault), and its business systems (Epicor Kinetic, Misys, SharePoint, and the Power Platform).
