The work spans Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networking, cybersecurity, and specialized applications. You will coordinate vendors and partner with Modern Niagara’s central technical teams. Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize onsite incidents, service requests, and technology work Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues Manage local infrastructure, endpoints, and shop-floor devices Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune Coordinate vendors and escalate enterprise architecture matters Requirements:
Post-secondary information technology, computer science, or related education Five to eight years of progressive IT experience Experience owning operations for a site or organization Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and networking skills Independent judgment and hands-on troubleshooting experience Bring site-level ownership, Microsoft administration, networking expertise, and practical troubleshooting to Air Wise’s Hamilton operations.
