As Director, Financial Reporting and Optimization, you will improve finance processes supporting organizational growth and performance. You will advise multidisciplinary teams and financial and operational leaders, while leading transformation across reporting, planning, accounting standards, and strategic projects. CPA designation is required Seven years managing personnel within a financial environment Demonstrated change management and transformation experience Ability to analyze complexity and decide quickly Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Use change leadership, IFRS expertise, and financial analysis to advance Air Transat's reporting and optimization agenda.
