As a Ground Equipment Mechanic, you will maintain equipment and light and heavy-duty vehicles used in Air Transat's operations. Your work supports equipment reliability, safety, and availability for airport operations. The position includes inspections, repairs, and compliance with maintenance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective ground equipment maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures
- Repair Air Transat light and heavy-duty vehicles
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures
- Participate in equipment inspections and reliability checks
Requirements:
- Relevant training or experience in equipment maintenance
- Experience with heavy vehicle mechanics or related fields
- Ability to obtain RAIC and Transport Canada DA Permit
- Spoken and written French and English proficiency
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, team-oriented work approach
