Air Canada est à la recherche d’un facilitateur Scrum très motivé, capable et qualifié pour former et orienter nos équipes de projet du groupe du Déploiement numérique – Clients – TI.
La personne idéale est responsable de réunir les aspects commerciaux et techniques de toute solution.
Le candidat retenu doit se concentrer sur l’expérience client et avoir une passion pour l’industrie du transport aérien.
Le titulaire du poste relèvera du Chef de service - Développement des applications.
- Baccalauréat en informatique, en ingénierie, en TI ou en systèmes d’information
- Au moins trois ans d’expérience à titre de facilitateur Scrum et plus de huit ans d’expérience en TI ou en développement logiciel
- Agrément Certified Scrum Master (CSM), certification Professional Scrum Master (PSM) ou certification PMP, un atout
- Compréhension approfondie des méthodes
