Air Canada is looking for a Digital Products Manager to lead the Marketing Tools and Experiences track.
You will be responsible for two key dimensions. On one hand, what customers see: the homepage, marketing activities on our digital channels, campaign pages, promotional offers, and search. On the other hand, the tools used by marketing teams: the platforms that enable them to create pages, manage content, and configure offers.
This is a player-coach role. You will lead a team of product management professionals while remaining actively involved in product management activities.
You will act as a product partner to leaders in the Marketing, Brand, and Revenue teams. You will transform their needs into a clear roadmap, know how to challenge certain requests when necessary, and demonstrate the value of delivered solutions using concrete business results.
Artificial intelligence is an integral part of this sector. You will be responsible for defining the vision surrounding AI-assisted campaign creation as well as empowering marketing teams through self-service tools. The objective is to enable teams to plan, create, and launch quality marketing initiatives with fewer stakeholders and less wait time.
