Lead cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance for Air Canada Vacations’ strategic initiatives in this 24-month onsite position at YUL. As Partner, Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance, you will establish security governance for Juniper, CRM, and CDP transformation programs. You will design an enterprise framework aligned with NIST or ISO 27001/27002, modernize policies, and integrate secure-by-design practices across projects and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish governance structures, checkpoints, and stage gates
- Design cybersecurity frameworks, control catalogs, and accountability models
- Modernize policies for cloud, SaaS, and APIs
- Define asset inventories and data classification models
- Implement risk, compliance, and AI governance processes
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years in cybersecurity governance, GRC, risk, or compliance
- CISSP and/or CISM certification required
- Experience implementing NIST or ISO frameworks
- Experience supporting large transformation programs
- Understanding of data, AI, cloud, and SaaS governance
- Apply cybersecurity governance, framework development, risk management, and responsible AI expertise at Air Canada Vacations.
