Install and service nurse call and RTLS systems as an Ainsworth Technician, using networking and troubleshooting skills in healthcare environments. Commission systems and resolve technical issues independently.
Reporting to the Project Manager, this Technician installs, commissions, services, and maintains healthcare technologies. The work includes RTLS, nurse call systems, network electronic systems, software, front-end workstations, and servers. You will also validate and test system installations onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, repair, maintain, and inspect RTLS systems
- Troubleshoot nurse call, network, electronic, and software systems
- Commission front-end workstations and servers
- Provide onsite validation and testing of healthcare systems
- Complete preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, or information technology
- Two to five years of related RTLS and nurse call experience
- Computer literacy, networking ability, and operating systems knowledge
- System integration, network topology, and virtual environment experience
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical systems
