Job Summary:
GDI Ainsworth is currently hiring for Journeyman Plumber(s) with commercial experience to join our growing Southern Saskatchewan team for project, installation and commercial mechanical work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to work with minimalsupervision.
- Must have a great ability to carry out lots of service work in a professional and respectful manner.
- Read blueprints, determine layouts of plumbing fixtures, water supplies, vent and drainage systems, repair and maintain domestic hot and cold-water systems, install commercial & residential plumbingfixtures.
- Installation of various types of mechanical equipment and associated piping.
- Install NG (natural gas) distribution piping and size as per code.
- Safe work practices, provide a high level of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Gas B license an asset
- Commercial experience is required
- Understanding of Mechanical Installation and local codes.
- Valid Drivers License required.
- Excellent Math and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials, tools and equipment when required.
