As Client Director, you will report to the Head of Distribution, Canada, managing key relationships across product lines. The Client Engagement team supports retention and new business growth through personalized client and broker experiences. Success requires communication, collaboration, leadership, creativity, vision, and comfort with ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with C-suite client personnel and key partners
- Serve as senior AIG contact for clients and brokers
- Formulate Client Summaries identifying focus areas and opportunities
- Champion initiatives with Broker Distribution and underwriting leaders
- Deliver retention, premium retention, and new business results
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience, including client relationship management
- Experience in property and casualty insurance
- Ability to influence brokers, clients, executives, peers, and staff
- Ability to manage complex global insurance relationships
- Strong financial, accounting, and problem-solving skills
