CSP seeks Youth Soccer Coaches experienced with children ages 2–14. You will create engaging soccer experiences while moving equipment between facilities using the company vehicle. The position suits candidates who enjoy playful coaching, parent communication, and working across toddler and youth age groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach soccer skills and games for young children
- Engage children through playful, fun, imaginative activities
- Deliver feedback effectively to parents
- Transport soccer equipment between CSP facilities
- Interact professionally with children, parents, and coworkers
Requirements:
- Experience working with children ages 2–14
- Full, valid driver's license
- Weekday evening and/or weekend availability
- Physical fitness for coaching beyond two hours
- Summer and Winter season availability
