- Lead DMAIC and PDCA structured methodologies for projects
- Analyze current-state processes through workshops and mapping
- Collect and analyze operation data to establish baselines

- Partner with stakeholders for change management activities
Requirements:
- Three years of experience in continuous improvement methods
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools
- Strong project management and business analysis skills
- Excellent facilitation and communication capabilities
