This senior position leads the Asset Management Services Team and supports capabilities across Agnico Eagle’s mining operations. You will coordinate implementation plans, standardize processes, oversee JDE, and strengthen predictive, insight-driven practices. The work requires collaboration with TCT, operating sites, and corporate stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Asset Management Services Team with subject matter experts Coordinate implementation plans aligned with the enterprise asset management roadmap Support sites implementing corporate standards and local requirements Lead global predictive maintenance design, deployment, and support Provide technical oversight of the JDE CMMS/EAM platform Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field Ten to fifteen years in maintenance or asset management Leadership experience in complex mining or industrial environments Experience implementing enterprise strategies and large technology deployments Strong mining operations, influencing, communication, and decision-making skills Apply asset management leadership, predictive maintenance expertise, and enterprise technology experience across Agnico Eagle’s global operations.
