Shape mining optimization through metallurgy expertise and advanced financial modeling with Agnico Eagle, using a hybrid schedule from select Canadian offices. Reporting to the Director, Business Optimization, you will advise the Business Improvement Department. You will evaluate operational scenarios, review Full Potential Models, and support concepts that improve profitability, sustainability, and operational longevity. Collaboration spans geological, mining, metallurgical, infrastructure, and environmental disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review mine life scenarios and identify improvement opportunities
- Design scenarios supporting profitability and corporate targets
- Analyze operational data and develop recommendations

Requirements:
- 15+ years of mining industry experience
- 10+ years of experience in your discipline
- Expert-level experience in a relevant technical discipline
- Advanced understanding of financial modeling and capital allocation
- Fluency in English; French and Spanish considered assets
