Agilus by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Document Controller for the engineering industry. You will support mining projects through feasibility, detailed engineering, and construction phases. The work connects Procurement, Engineering, Project Management, clients, vendors, and subcontractors through organized documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, review, tracking, distribution, and processing
- Coordinate requirements across Procurement, Engineering, and Project Management
- Monitor supplier deliverables and purchase order compliance
- Maintain registers, logs, and tracking systems
- Generate status reports for project controls
Requirements:
- Experience supporting mining project delivery phases
- Experience in owner/operator, EPCM, or engineering environments
- Proficiency with OpenText Livelink, McLaren Suite, Aconex, SharePoint, or similar
- Professional communication with project stakeholders
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
