Agilus by Synergie is recruiting several Project/Production Coordinators for the printing and manufacturing industry. You will interpret project briefs, build plans, and collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Production Managers, clients, and internal teams. The work spans specifications, finish samples, production-ready assets, work orders, quality inspection, shipment, installation, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and potential project issues
- Track costs against budgets and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate project documentation, specifications, samples, and production assets
- Track work orders through production, inspection, shipment, and installation
- Develop project plans with Sales and Account Managers
Requirements:
- Two or more years of project coordination experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and Word
- Experience with ERP systems; PACE is an asset
- Print product experience with vinyl, decals, or retail signage
- Excellent communication, detail, quality, and client service skills
