You will translate requirements, shape functional designs, and collaborate with business, technical, and support partners. Gather and translate requirements into EAM and Maximo solutions Develop process flows, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria Support enhancements, testing, releases, upgrades, and application sustainment Investigate production issues and coordinate resolution activities Deliver roadmap initiatives with business and technical stakeholders Requirements:
10+ years supporting EAM, Maximo, or enterprise applications Strong maintenance and asset management process knowledge Experience translating requirements into designs and testing scenarios Hands-on IBM Maximo and EAM-ERP integration experience Asset-intensive industry background, including energy or oil and gas Apply Senior IBM Maximo Business Analyst expertise across EAM solutions, stakeholder collaboration, testing, and operational issue resolution.
