A typical day
- Sort, scan, file, and organize physical and electronic business records.
- Apply file naming conventions and maintain records within shared drives, SharePoint, and records management systems.
- Perform data entry, record inventory tracking, and prepare files for indexing or destruction.
- Coordinate document transfers to offsite storage and support special projects as required.
Successful candidates will have
- Experience with records management, document control, administration, or clerical support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed processes and manage confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint; Adobe Acrobat experience preferred.
- Knowledge of OpenText Content Server, Records & Information Management, and/or bilingual French-English capabilities considered an asset.
