Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse claim documents and supporting materials
- Prepare detailed responses to claimant inquiries
- Respond to legal counsel telephone inquiries
- Collaborate with project managers and directors
- Deliver accurate, professional customer service
Requirements:
- Hold a JD or equivalent foreign law degree
- Maintain an active Canadian law licence
- Demonstrate litigation experience
- Show organisation, detail, and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in English and French
