Shape strategy while supporting scalable growth across pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical operations. The Associate Vice President, Manufacturing leads Manufacturing, Technical Operations, and Quality Investigation functions. This senior leader shapes site strategy, organizational capability, and operational performance. The position supports quality, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Manufacturing, Technical Operations, and Quality Investigation functions
- Own revenue, expenses, productivity, margins, and capital planning
- Drive manufacturing readiness, capacity planning, and operational scaling
- Approve procedures, policies, standards, evaluations, and cost estimates
- Develop leadership teams through coaching, succession planning, and performance management
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent senior leadership experience
- 12+ years in regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing
- Experience leading large cross-functional organizations and leadership teams
- Knowledge of cGMP, ICH Guidelines, quality systems, and EHS
- Proven operational excellence, financial planning, and business growth record
