The work combines station training, injury and liability claim investigations, statistical reporting, trend analysis, and internal safety audits. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure training remains consistent and conducive to learning
- Perform ad hoc station training when needed
- Investigate injury and liability claims as necessary
- Complete station safety audits and trend analysis
- Ensure OSHA and company policy compliance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Safety or aviation certification preferred
- At least one year performing similar operator tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
