As a Technician 2, you will play a vital role by performing mechanical and electrical servicing and troubleshooting for energy equipment. This position requires a Journeyman or Red seal certification and 4-7 years of relevant experience working with generators and compressors. You will also assist in training service crew and ensuring operational excellence through timely repairs and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical interventions and electrical servicing
- Execute troubleshooting and fault diagnostics
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and overhauls
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of equipment
- Support and train service crew members
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Journeyman or Red seal certification required
- 4-7 years of experience in relevant fields
- Familiarity with Cummins, Volvo, or Jenbacher generators
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
