The Operations Administrator works with institutional and private client investments within Cypress Capital Management, a wholly owned AGF Management Ltd. firm. Responsibilities span securities, custodians, corporate actions, pricing, proxy voting, and client reporting. The role offers exposure to private and institutional investment management while supporting Harmony database integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process institutional and private client trade settlements
- Reconcile holdings and cash across custodians
- Process corporate actions, proxy voting, and management fees
- Produce quarterly, year-end, tax, CRM2, and CRM3 reports
- Maintain securities and transactions within Harmony
Requirements:
- Minimum two years' investment operations or financial services experience
- Working knowledge of reconciliations, settlements, and corporate actions
- Familiarity with securities, investment accounts, and custodial systems
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook application skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reconciliation skills
