Key Responsibilities:
- Develop learning and leadership development strategy implementation plans
- Translate leadership competencies into practical development programs
- Support organizational structures, role profiles, and capability assessments
- Coordinate talent reviews and succession planning processes
- Establish coaching and mentorship program frameworks
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Five to seven years of progressive relevant experience
- Experience managing learning, leadership, or organizational capability programs
- Understanding of talent development and succession planning practices
- Project management experience with stakeholders and external providers
- Bring learning strategy, organizational design, talent management, and program management expertise to AGF’s People & Culture function.
