The Personal Support Worker supports residents according to established care plans and helps identify resident needs. This position involves observing residents, reporting findings, documenting care information, and maintaining a safe environment. You will also participate in education sessions, meetings, workshops, and staff onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care according to established resident care plans

Requirements:
- Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
- Meet Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities vocational standards
- Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
- Meet Ontario Community Support Association standards
- Know bedside care, sanitation, cleaning, and geriatric resident needs
