As Director, Compensation and Benefits, you will report to the Vice President, Human Resources. You will guide compensation, benefits, and retirement programs while partnering with Operations, Labour Relations, and HR Operations. Your recommendations will support attraction, engagement, retention, collective bargaining, and business priorities. Key Responsibilities:
Shape and execute AgeCare’s total rewards strategy Oversee compensation, benefits, and retirement program administration Lead Compensation, Benefits, and Retirement Plan teams Provide analysis for collective bargaining strategy and negotiations Optimize Workday processes, reporting, and program administration Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience Broad expertise in compensation and group benefits Knowledge of employment, human rights, and privacy legislation Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications Bring strategic leadership, data analysis, and total rewards expertise to AgeCare’s compensation and benefits programs in Calgary.
