- Deliver nursing care in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with health care team members effectively
- Direct Personal Support Workers in their duties
- Monitor and report significant changes in residents' conditions
- Contribute to the revision of unit procedures as needed
Requirements:
- Knowledge in geriatric and long-term care nursing
- Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses
- Understanding of applicable health regulations and acts
- Effective communication skills within team settings
- Experience in rehabilitation or activation is an asset
