Build Affirm’s bank platform remotely, combining product leadership with deposits, loan originations, and regulated banking operations. Own a foundational consumer financial product. As a Staff Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end bank product within Affirm’s ecosystem. You will launch the deposit offering, drive originations through the bank entity, and shape future consumer products. The work spans banking compliance, platform integration, operations, and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Own deposits, originations, compliance, and bank operations end to end Launch and guide the bank’s deposit product roadmap Operationalize regulatory readiness, processes, vendors, and infrastructure Shape loan origination, retention, economics, and compliance Integrate banking products across Affirm’s consumer ecosystem Requirements:
Six or more years of product management experience Strategic leadership across complex, ambiguous initiatives Banking, deposits, lending, or regulated financial services experience Strong technical fluency across APIs, data, and integrations Clear communication with executives, regulators, and engineering teams Lead Affirm’s bank product with expertise spanning deposits, lending, compliance, technical integration, and executive stakeholder alignment.
