On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity is seeking a Meditech Expanse Training Co-Lead to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Meditech Expanse training program across the implementation.
Working closely with the program leadership team, site leads, trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and operational stakeholders, the Training Co-Lead helps ensure clinical and operational staff are prepared to use Meditech Expanse safely, confidently, and effectively at go-live and throughout ongoing operations.

On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity is seeking a Meditech Expanse Training Co-Lead to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Meditech Expanse training program across the implementation.
Working closely with the program leadership team, site leads, trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and operational stakeholders, the Training Co-Lead helps ensure clinical and operational staff are prepared to use Meditech Expanse safely, confidently, and effectively at go-live and throughout ongoing operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead specific elements of the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Meditech Expanse training program.
- Work collaboratively with Bridge Northwest program leadership, site leads, subject matter experts, educators, and trainers to ensure training activities are aligned with implementation timelines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining overall training plans, schedules, resource requirements, and readiness activities.
- Coordinate training activities across multiple participating sites and stakeholder groups.
- Support training logistics including classroom scheduling, delivery planning, resource coordination, and readiness tracking.
- Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to validate workflows, training content, learning materials, and competency expectations.
- Monitor training attendance, participation, completion rates, learner feedback, and readiness metrics.
- Identify training gaps, risks, issues, and dependencies and elevate concerns appropriately to program leadership.
- Support communication activities related to training schedules, readiness expectations, and learner requirements.
- Assist with development, review, and maintenance of training materials, quick reference guides, exercises, and supporting documentation.
- Support training readiness activities leading up to go-live.
- Coordinate with activation, change management, physician engagement, and operational readiness teams to ensure alignment across workstreams.
- Participate in command centre, go-live, and stabilization activities as required.
- Support post-training evaluation, lessons learned, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement activities.
Experience & Requirements
- Experience supporting or leading training activities for healthcare EMR, EHR, CIS, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience coordinating training delivery for large-scale system implementations.
- Experience working with educators, trainers, clinical stakeholders, operational teams, and project teams.
- Experience supporting training schedules, logistics, planning, communications, and readiness activities.
- Experience tracking training participation, completion metrics, knowledge gaps, and learner readiness.
- Experience working within complex, multi-site healthcare environments preferred.
- Direct Meditech Expanse implementation experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across numerous stakeholders and sites.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to identify risks, issues, and dependencies impacting training readiness.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a large implementation program.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced implementation, cutover, and go-live environments.
