Affinity seeks a Meditech Expanse Training Co-Lead for its Healthcare Client. You will coordinate training plans, schedules, logistics, communications, and readiness activities. The work involves clinical stakeholders, educators, trainers, subject matter experts, operational teams, and program leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Meditech Expanse training across participating sites and stakeholder groups
- Maintain training plans, schedules, resources, and readiness activities
- Validate workflows, learning materials, exercises, and competency expectations
- Track attendance, completion rates, feedback, and readiness metrics
- Support go-live, stabilization, evaluation, and continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
- Healthcare EMR, EHR, CIS, or digital transformation training experience
- Large-scale system implementation training coordination experience
- Experience supporting schedules, logistics, communications, and readiness
- Strong facilitation, communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders and sites
