The Meditech Expanse Activation and Go-Live Manager leads regional execution for a complex electronic medical record conversion. This senior program role coordinates site leaders, clinical teams, technical resources, vendors, and external partners. It supports readiness, governance, issue resolution, and operational transition across participating organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional Meditech Expanse conversion, cutover, and go-live execution
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation, and escalation
- Coordinate non-MPI data conversion and abstraction activities
- Direct go-live command operations through activation and stabilization
- Coordinate 12 Activation Leads and regional readiness expectations
Requirements:
- Direct Meditech Expanse experience, preferably with a new implementation
- Significant project or program management experience
- Complex multi-site initiative leadership across competing priorities
- Healthcare information systems or electronic medical records experience
- System implementation, conversion, migration, cutover, or go-live experience
