Dates & Times
- When: immediately
- Block 1: Monday to Friday from 8pm to midnight / Wednesday from 9am to 1pm (mobile day depending on availability) / 1 Saturday out of 2 from 12pm to 8pm.
- Block 2: Weekend work: Saturday and Sunday from 8pm to midnight / 1 Saturday out of 2 during the day.
- Block 3: Wednesday from 1 p. m. to 6 p. m. / Friday from 1 p. m. to 6 p. m. / Occasional weekend evenings (from 6 p. m. to midnight) / Occasional daytime Saturdays (times to be determined).

SFT Services is looking for ’'nurses to fill mandates in
Pediatric Home Care / Complex Care in Val David.

Main responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients in a hospital environment.
- Assess patients' medical and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure effective communication with families regarding patient health status and needs.
- Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care.
- Train and supervise auxiliary staff, as appropriate.
Requirements
- College Diploma (DEC) in Nursing.
- Member in good standing of the Order of Nurses of Quebec (OIIQ) .
- Complex care for a 15-year-old girl with ADHD-ADL dependency.
- Experience in pediatrics is an asset
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Organizational skills, professionalism and autonomy.
