AMOS, part of the Aerospacelab group, seeks a VHR Program Manager to lead its optical payload product line. You will guide recurring configurations, customer commitments, and the VHR payload team. The position combines product management, project coordination, industrialization, and delivery oversight across space programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own VHR roadmap, configurations, performance, costs, and lead times
- Define modular building blocks, options, and recurrence limits
- Coordinate payload priorities, workload, staffing, and competence development
- Manage schedules, budgets, risks, margins, and milestones
- Report product line status and health to management
Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in Engineering or Physics
- At least 10 years in space or optical instrument programs
- Solid optical instrument background and performance budget expertise
- Proven product and multidisciplinary project management experience
- Fluent English; French is an asset
