You will guide CTOs, CIOs, and transformation leaders across digital banking, core integrations, data platforms, and cloud modernization. This consulting engagement may be part-time or full-time. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate digital banking, analytics, CRM, payments, and integration platforms Design future-state architectures, integration patterns, and transition roadmaps Advise credit unions migrating from Central 1 Forge Assess data modernization, governance, security, and reporting continuity Present recommendations and risks to executive steering committees Requirements:
12+ years in enterprise technology, architecture, consulting, or banking delivery Significant banking, credit union, or regulated financial services experience Experience leading technology evaluations and vendor selections Understanding of APIs, core integrations, data platforms, and cloud Strong executive communication and technical documentation skills Bring banking architecture judgment, vendor evaluation expertise, and executive communication to Canadian credit union modernization programs.
