Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data and AI-readiness audits for clients
- Build and optimize production data platforms
- Ensure data is ready for AI applications and validate ingestion pipelines
- Provide fractional leadership and mentor client engineers
- Manage client relationships and scope work independently
Requirements:
- 5+ years in production data pipeline engineering
- Proficiency in dbt, Snowflake, and Airflow
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
- Self-directed with excellent client communication skills
