Key Responsibilities:
- Create Applications for Payment and respond to client inquiries
- Analyze cost trends and identify variances for projects
- Develop and implement effective cost control procedures
- Prepare and present detailed cost reports and dashboards
- Assist with contract administration and subcontractor payments
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in construction project controls
- Knowledge of financial reporting systems and account codes
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
