Manage project variations for Aecon’s Scarborough Subway Extension in Scarborough, Ontario, applying contract management and cost control expertise. Work with project stakeholders to resolve changes. As Contracts Manager for Scarborough Transit Connect, you will support the Stations, Rails and Systems package for Metrolinx. The role focuses on variation management across a large-scale transportation infrastructure project. You will assess commercial impacts, maintain contractual compliance, and support accurate forecasting, reporting, and budget management. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field Eight to ten years’ construction experience on large infrastructure projects Three to five years’ commercial contract or change management experience Familiarity with estimating, schedule analysis, contracts, and contract law Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Bring contract management, variation assessment, and cost forecasting expertise to Aecon’s Scarborough Subway Extension project in Scarborough.
