Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in bid reviews for project estimates and feasibility
- Lead execution of civil scopes, emphasizing concrete and duct work
- Ensure all construction actions comply with established standards
- Coordinate project activities with subcontractors and regulate interactions
- Develop and manage construction workflows and schedules
Requirements:
- 5+ years of leadership in on-site construction
- Strong experience in civil projects, particularly utilities
- Knowledge of high-voltage substation interfaces is a plus
- Ability to read shop and engineering drawings
- Strong organizational skills for complex project environments
