- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, utilities, and other project stakeholders.
- Perform work in accordance with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4+ years of relevant electrical engineering or building electrical design experience, or demonstrated equivalency of education and experience.
- Experience designing building electrical systems and preparing calculations, drawings, one-line diagrams, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Working knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code and applicable building requirements.
- Registered, or eligible to register, as a Professional Engineer within Canada.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hyperscale, colocation, mission-critical, healthcare, laboratory, industrial, or other complex facilities.
- Experience designing data center electrical systems and mission-critical power infrastructure.
- Knowledge of reliability, redundancy, resiliency, and maintainability concepts.
- Experience with medium-voltage distribution, generators, UPS systems, and automatic transfer systems.
- Experience with SKM, ETAP, EasyPower, or equivalent power-system analysis software.
