You will manage multidisciplinary teams for diverse mining projects, including waste management and water treatment. Your responsibilities will embrace project planning, budget management, and driving project execution to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage engineering and project teams, both in-person and remote • Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules • Monitor project performance; take corrective actions when necessary • Lead project meetings; ensure effective minutes and outcomes • Proactively manage scope and changes according to standards
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years' experience or technical diploma with 10+ years • Strong background in Canadian mining market pursued projects • Experience with prefeasibility studies of $100M+ capital value • Proficient in both French and English communication • PMP and P.Eng. qualifications preferred
