Lead aquatic ecology practice across Western Canada from Burnaby, Kelowna, or Victoria, applying technical oversight, quality reviews, and regulatory expertise. AECOM seeks an experienced Aquatic Discipline Lead for its EPP Ecology and Permitting team. You will provide strategic direction, guide standards, review deliverables, and collaborate with disciplines, clients, regulators, and technical leaders. The position requires at least two office days weekly. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and improve aquatic technical standards across Canada Review project scopes and client deliverables Provide project oversight and quality reviews Mentor staff and support technical development Build client relationships and support business development Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline Eight or more years leading environmental consulting projects Experience with British Columbia regulatory applications and reporting Registered Professional Biologist registration or eligibility Valid British Columbia driver’s licence Apply aquatic ecology leadership, regulatory knowledge, and technical quality expertise to AECOM projects across Western Canada.
