AMPS is a mining engineering and geology consultancy specialising in operational support, both onsite and remotely. We have several Mining Consultant Opportunities across the US and Canada, assisting clients with on-site engineering requirements across Open Pit operations in the following:
- Senior and management roles
- Specialised mining improvement projects
- Mine planning and scheduling (daily to LOM/tactical)
- Drill and blast design/production engineering
- Mining infrastructure and project management
- Mentoring, training and upskilling technical staff

About you
- Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering.
- A great communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 3 years of mine planning, scheduling Drill & Blast and production in an Open Pit environment.
- Progress towards FCMM or PEng ticket viewed favourably.
- A strong commitment to quality and safety in the workplace.
- Passionate about learning new technical skills and a keen interest in improving your knowledge.
