This advanced-level position serves DIY customers through walk-in, online, and phone sales. You will provide GAS3 selling, project assistance, parts sourcing, and automotive problem resolution. Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve advanced DIY automotive problems through identification and troubleshooting
- Provide GAS3 selling for walk-in, online, and phone customers
- Manage testing, battery installation, and wiper installation services
- Source parts through special orders, FDO, and second sources
- Perform key holder, inventory, and store appearance responsibilities
Requirements:
- Three to five years of automotive parts experience
- Advanced parts and automotive systems knowledge
- ASE P2 certification or equivalent ASE readiness preferred
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Availability for varied days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
