All Together, Extraordinary Aduna is a joint venture backed by the world's largest mobile operators. We build one platform that exposes standardized network APIs (CAMARA / GSMA Open Gateway) to developers and enterprises worldwide. Our platform runs on cloud infrastructure across many regions. We ship to production every week and we are small enough that your work reaches customers fast.

We're looking for a hands-on IT Operations Professional to keep our technology secure, reliable, and running smoothly. You’ll work across infrastructure, security, endpoint management, and user support, solving problems and improving the technology people rely on every day.

The IT Operations team keeps our day-to-day technology running reliably and securely. We support core workplace platforms, handle incidents and service requests, manage technical risks, and make sure systems are monitored, documented, and recoverable.

What you’ll do:

  • Support and maintain Linux, virtual desktop, and related technology services.
  • Monitor system health, security alerts, vulnerabilities, backups, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot access, connectivity, application, and performance issues.
  • Support incident response, service recovery, and root-cause investigations.
  • Coordinate patching, security fixes, and other technical improvements.
  • Work with users, internal teams, and external partners to resolve issues.
  • Keep documentation, runbooks, and support procedures up to date.
  • Automate repeatable tasks to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Follow change, testing, approval, and rollback processes.

What you bring:

  • Experience supporting Linux environments, including Ubuntu.
  • Experience with virtual desktop or remote application services.
  • Knowledge of patching, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Ability to review system, application, network, and security logs.
  • Experience with scripting or automation.
  • Understanding of identity, access, networking, certificates, and secure configurations.
  • Good troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and respond to service incidents.
  • Relevant experience in IT operations, systems administration, or security operations.

Needed Tool Skillsets:

  • Azure Virtual Desktop administration and monitoring tools.
  • Microsoft Defender for security monitoring and vulnerability management.
  • Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access administration.
  • Microsoft Intune for device management, configuration, and compliance.
  • Scripting and automation tools, such as Bash, shell scripting, or PowerShell.
  • Service management and documentation tools.
  • Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Bonus:

  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and workplace applications.
  • Experience with hardware, software, asset, and licence lifecycle management.
  • Relevant Microsoft, IT service management, security, or infrastructure certifications.
  • Experience with Cloudflare (DNS, Zero Trust, Access, Gateway).

Personal Attributes:

  • Security-conscious and attentive to detail.
  • Dependable, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of technical issues.
  • Clear communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative across teams and suppliers.
  • Committed to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Why join Aduna?

  • Small teams with clear ownership. You own outcomes, not tickets.
  • Production first. Every engineer is close to what runs and to the customers who use it.
  • Global teams, operators and customers on every continent.
  • Build technology that impacts millions.
  • Grow in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

Our offer:

  • Hybrid model (3 days in our Montréal office).
  • Competitive salary + full benefits (dental, medical, RRSP/DPSP).
  • Unlimited PTO.
