This Project Manager leads cross-functional hardware development from concept through production release. The work spans schedules, risks, product lifecycle processes, and stakeholder communication. You will coordinate engineering, product management, operations, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain activities while supporting optical networking solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Lead product development projects through production release Maintain schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables Coordinate hardware, firmware, software, mechanical, and test teams Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project changes Present project status and metrics to stakeholders and leadership Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field Minimum five years leading cross-functional product development projects Experience with hardware, optical networking, telecommunications, or technology programs Knowledge of product development lifecycle processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools Apply project leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills to advance Adtran optical networking products.
