ADP is seeking an Implementation Project Manager for the SBS Partner Channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to achieve partner and business goals within designated timeframes and budgets. You will need to be knowledgeable about our business environment and adept at managing people and processes.
To succeed in this position, you must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment, eager to learn, and able to adapt to change. Building rapport with clients and establishing trust through professionalism is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Create project plans detailing deliverables, activities, timelines, and budgets.
- Direct daily project activities and staff in a matrixed organization.
- Work collaboratively with sales and partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate with stakeholders and team members throughout the project.
- Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates.
- Assess, manage, resolve, and elevate risks and issues as necessary.
- Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects.
- Make timely decisions based on information and input.
Qualifications Required:
- Bilingualism in English and French.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- At least three years of project management experience or five years of successful experience in a related field.
- Previous experience in HCM and Talent Acquisition & Management preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
- PMP or equivalent professional project management certification is considered an asset.
Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, English is also necessary due to the global nature of the business.
