This entry-level position provides structured training while you implement individualized behavioural interventions under Registered Behaviour Analyst supervision. You will deliver one-to-one and small-group ABA services, follow treatment programs, and apply clinical feedback. The multidisciplinary team supports communication, social development, emotional regulation, adaptive functioning, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized one-to-one and small-group ABA intervention
- Implement treatment programs and behaviour support plans
- Apply reinforcement, prompting, shaping, DTT, and NET
- Collect behavioural data and complete clinical documentation
- Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary team members
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education completed or underway in a related field
- Foundational ABA knowledge or interest in clinical competency development
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to follow direction and apply constructive feedback
- Professionalism, reliability, patience, and adaptability
Build practical ABA experience through supervised intervention, clinical training, behavioural data collection, and compassionate child-centred support.
